COMPASS – New to the Navy life?? This free “team-mentoring” program is for spouses by spouses. COMPASS answers many questions & offers suggestions to handle the challenges of military lifestyle. Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club (NOSC) is a non-profit organization that embraces tradition and celebrates the modern military spouse. Through our dedication, the organization promotes friendship, cooperation, and support among members of this and other Sea Service Spouses' Organizations and other Service Organizations. NOSC organizes social, cultural and charitable activities. NOSC also offers support and volunteer opportunities at Sand Dollar Collection (Balboa) and Sand Dollar Too (North Island) gift shops.
