Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club (NOSC) is a non-profit organization that embraces tradition and celebrates the modern military spouse. Through our dedication, the organization promotes friendship, cooperation, and support among members of this and other Sea Service Spouses' Organizations and other Service Organizations. NOSC organizes social, cultural and charitable activities. NOSC also offers support and volunteer opportunities at Sand Dollar Collection (Balboa) and Sand Dollar Too (North Island) gift shops.
