Kitsap Officer Spouses' Association (KOSA) is dedicated to providing morale, friendship and community service to all officer spouses in Kitsap. Our goal is to promote social and cultural activities for our members and charitable activities that give back to our local area and military community at large. Officer’s Spouses Club of Whidbey Island (OSCWI) hosts social and charity events and is pleased to make contributions to charities that benefit the local area. OSCWI is open to: all active duty officers' spouses, widows of commissioned officers, spouses of retired officers living in the area, GS9 or above civilian employees' spouses and spouses of technical representatives currently assigned to NAS Whidbey.
