National Chili Day

Today is National Chili Day! Above is an easy but filling chili recipe that can be made even under the direst of circumstances - as one of our own volunteers learned last week with the unprecedented snow and low temperatures in Texas! Their family was able to open the cans and prepare this delicious meal for the family (on a camp stove nonetheless!) much to everyone's delight!
