April is the Month of the Military Child! In 1986 then Defense Secretary, Casper Weinberger, designated April the Month of the Military Child. Each April we celebrate the amazing resiliency kids show and the sacrifices they make as their parents serve in our military. We at Naval Services FamilyLine also want to highlight the resources and programs available to support military children and their families.
