The Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC) graduates another amazing group of leadership spouses from the Command Spouse Leadership and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course! NLEC continues to provide a virtual classroom experience through the online spouse's portal as well as support throughout the Command or CMC/COB tour with regional mentors and Facebook resource groups!
