October Book of the Month

For October, we have chosen: "I Love a Man in Uniform: A Memoir of Love, War, and Other Battles" by Lily Burana. In this honest and funny memoir, Lily writes about her fairytale romance with her Army husband, Mike. Shortly after getting married, Mike deploys to Iraq. Lily has to learn a new way of life, suffers with depression and when Mike returns, cope with PTSD. This book is about love, heartache, and finding your way as a military spouse.
