Meet Cindy Palmer

Meet Cindy! Cindy recently moved to the Norfolk area to support her sailor’s 2nd CMC tour. She has been a mentor at the Leadership Spouse Course but recently assisted Naval Services FamilyLine with their Comparative Analysis project and looks forward to contributing more during this tour once she’s settled in. Cindy is active with the CMC/COB community, and always plugs in wherever her feet are planted. Although she is no longer active duty herself, she is passionate about helping sailors and their families thrive.
