Naval Services FamilyLine is seeking a Publicity & Social Media Deputy Director. The right candidate will have strong written communication skills, innovative thinking, knowledge of all social media networking sites, the ability to take initiative, and the desire to learn new things. While it is not required, the ideal candidate should have experience with Canva and Asana. Training can be provided for both platforms. Naval Spouse Leadership Course Mentors for CO/XO and CMC/COB are also needed for the two Leadership Courses in Newport, Rhode Island. Visit the Leadership Courses page for more information.

 

COMPASS locations around the world are always in need of Mentors. Mentors are experienced spouses who volunteer their time to pass their knowledge on to other Navy spouses. CORE locations around the world are always looking for volunteers to help organize seminars, workshops, and classes. We are looking for volunteers to fill the Team Leader position at select locations. Visit our CORE Locations page to contact a team near you.

Naval Services FamilyLine is always in need of volunteers to perform various tasks in our Washington Navy Yard office. These tasks can include packing and shipping publication orders, assembling informational portfolios, creating publicity materials, researching information, and much more. Volunteer hours are documented and we will provide certificates or letters of hours served annually, or as needed. You may volunteer on your own or as a group.
